268-269 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7AQ. Registration takes place at the Dominion Theatre. Other venues will be used for some of the student ensembles.

| IMPORTANT DATES: |
Bookings now open. Please book places ASAP. Places are secured on a first come-first served basis.
For teachers wishing to book without students, we accept places up to 2 weeks prior to the event (pending available spaces). If you are interested in registering once the registration window has closed, please email Jo directly on jo@ista.co.uk
Registration window: 3rd-17th September. Please complete your online registration form by the closing date, at the very latest, ensuring all information is complete. TIARA (ISTA staff only): please complete online by 17th September 2012, once again, at the very latest, even if you do not require any pickups. ISTA staff: Please don't start looking into flights until you have received your 'activation' email from Jo. This will be approximately twelve weeks prior to the event.

| TRAVEL: |
For participants: All teachers are required to attend the whole of the event. Please bear this in mind when making your travel arrangements. Teachers are responsible for arranging travel to London and the venues daily. ISTA staff: Please don't start looking into flights until you have received your 'activation' email from Jo. This will be about 12 weeks prior to the event. Please note it is the responsibility of each event participant, including ISTA staff, to ensure they have arranged their own visas, as required. This is best done by contacting the relevant embassy, high commission or consulate in your country of origin to establish visa requirements and in particular visa procedures. Always allow yourself plenty of time to organize visas when required.

| ACCOMODATION: |
Schools / teachers are responsible for organising their own accommodation for the duration of TaPS. |
| FINANCES: |
Registration fees: Students, member schools - £250.00 Students, non-member schools - £285.00 Students, global patron schools - £212.50 Teachers attending training, member schools - £760.00 Teachers attending training, non-member schools - £835.00 Accompanying adults will be charged for theatre tickets only - £80 Fees include all workshops, master classes and theatre productions. They do not include travel or meals. |

No meals are provided by ISTA for this event. Tea and coffee will be provided for teachers attending training. |
