For teachers wishing to book without students, we accept places up to 2 weeks prior to the event (pending available spaces). If you are interested in registering once the registration window has closed, please email Jo directly on jo@ista.co.uk

Registration window: opens 1st October 2012 and closes 15th October, 2012.

TIARA (ISTA staff only) and Travel Form: Please complete online by November 2nd 2012, again, at the very latest, even if you do not require any pickups.

ISTA staff: Please don't start looking into flights until you have received your 'activation' email from Jo. This will be approximately twelve weeks prior to the event.

Schools / teachers are responsible for organising their own travel to Kuala Lumpur.

Please note we would like all schools to plan arrival into KL by 3pm on Thursday November 29th. It is about one hour (+) from the airport to the hotel. The host school will be organizing dinner that evening, along with a welcome/performance.

This has now been reserved at the Flamingo Hotel, which is located adjacent to the school (just a couple of minutes walk away infact!).

Students will share rooms – the cost for 4 nights, including breakfast, is £90.00 per student.

Teachers and ISTA artists will be in single rooms. 

The cost for attending teachers for 4 nights, including breakfast, is £180.00.

Should schools decide to depart late on the evening of the 2nd, we can book you in for 3 nights only.

Accompanying adults will be charged for theatre tickets and food - £75.00

There will be an additional cost for local transport from the airport to the hotel (and return). This will not exceed £10.00 per person.

Fees include all workshops, master classes and theatre productions and meals. They do not include travel. Further financial information is included in our Booking Procedures and Cancellation Policy on 'Our Forms' on our website.
