PLEASE NOTE ARRIVALS SHOULD BE PLANNED FOR APPROX 1PM AT THE LATEST. THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO TRAVEL TO UBUD AND BE IN TIME FOR THE 4:00PM OPENING. DEPARTURES SHOULD NOT BE PLANNED UNTIL MONDAY AS THERE IS A TEMPLE CEREMONY PLANNED FOR SUNDAY EVENING. THANKS |
| Travel Details | Participants will be responsible for all travel arrangements to Bali and return. Transport during the course of TaPS will be provided.
We will arrange to have buses at the airport to collect you on arrival and take you to your hotel. Ditto for departures.
STAFF SHOULD PLAN TO ARRIVE BY WEDNESDAY IN TIME FOR AN EVENING DINNER. AND CAN DEPART ANY TIME ON MONDAY. |
| Hotel Information | We have now confirmed the use of 4 hotels in Ubud. These have been booked and the cost for this is included in your fee (see Bali Fees attached).

| Overview of Content | All participants will have MC in the following areas:
Kecak, Topeng, Gamelan, Wayang Kulit
We will see performances in:
Kecak, Wayang and Topeng
Students will have approximately 8.5 hours of ensemble time; teachers will have approximately 13 hours of workshop time outside of MC and performances.
In addition students and staff will attend a trance ritual on Sunday.

| Theatre Performances | Will include 2-3 Balinese performances Kecak, Wayang Kulit plus Topeng. |
| MC | Master Classes will 'track' the theatre performances so greater depth can be gained in the particular areas of Balinese Theatre/Arts. |
