Please note it is the responsibility of each event participant, including ISTA staff, to ensure they have arranged their own visas, as required. This is best done by contacting the relevant embassy, high commission or consulate in your country of origin to establish visa requirements and in particular visa procedures. Always allow yourself plenty of time to organize visas when required. |
| ACCOMMODATION: |
Young people living locally will travel daily to the festival. Young people aged between 7 and 14, travelling from further afield, will be placed with host families. Young people over the age of 15, travelling from further afield (primarily as part of a group), will camp at a site within walking distance of the Festival. All campers are responsible for providing their own tents, cooking equipment and food for the duration of the Festival. More details on how this will work will be sent to participants upon registration. Please note that ISTA will make the campsite bookings for all groups. |
