Hosts

As ISTA events are held and conducted globally, ISTA relies on schools, universities and youth theatre companies to host a venue. We work closely with hosts to offer full support and guidance in the entire hosting process. We are grateful to everyone who has hosted an event in the past, and look forward to working with others in the future.

If you are interested in possibly hosting an event, or would be keen to find out more information about what is involved, please email Sally Robertson sallyr@ista.co.uk . The complete Hosting History of previous schools that have hosted either a Festival, TAPS of other ISTA event is available below.

Below is the 2007-08 Festival Host Handbook which if you are hosting a festival this year, will be your lifeline. All the information 2007-08 ISTA event hosts need to assist them is available in the Members login area - please proceed there.

If you are a non-member, or an ISTA member, and are possibly interested in hosting a TAPS event, examples of current 2007-08 TAPS Guidelines are available below.

Thanks

"The opportunity to host a festival like this can seem daunting, and it is certainly a lot of hard work - but seeing the students move from strangers to permanent friends, energy to exhaustion and amateurs to professionals is all the reward you need."
