The Annual Festival Booking Form and the Annual TAPS Booking Form are available on the right-hand side of the screen. These forms are used to select the ISTA event you wish to attend, either at an ISTA Festival or TAPS event.

Please note: Both the 2008-09 London 1 & 2 TAPS are now FULL for STUDENTS, but there are some TEACHER PLACES still AVAILABLE.

The 2008-09 Festival Calendar has now been launched, and bookings are NOW OPEN. You are now invited to book a place at one or more 2008-09 Festivals. Please note, you need to be a current 2008-09 Member to submit a Festival Booking Form, so please renew your Membership first. Emmy will confirm your booking once received, and then ISTA will invoice you for a £500.00 deposit. This is a flat rate deposit and will be deducted from your final balance at the time of registration.

At 6 weeks prior to the event, we ask you to register online prior to or on ISTA's Final Confirmation Date - FCD (Resources> Registration forms > Festival and/or TAPS Registration Form). Here you will register individual teachers/chaperones and students. Teachers should work backwards from this FCD in their planning in order to ensure that all information reaches ISTA on time. All information should be submitted on the one form, and we are unable to accept incomplete forms. Finally, an invoice for the Festival/ TAPS balance will be issued on receipt of the Registration form.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. We will be unable to take bookings for Festivals until we have received your Membership Renewal Form.
2. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
3. If you leave booking festivals until August/September you may not be able to attend the festival of your choice, as places will go quickly!
