To guarantee the festivals of your choice, please return this form ASAP after May 1st. All festival places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

All schools need to have submitted their ISTA Membership Renewal Form before completing this form.

All schools need to have read the Booking Procedures and Cancellation Policies as outlined in the Conditions of Membership before completing this form.

Member schools may register for:
1 High School Festival
1 Middle School Festival
1 Primary School Festival
PLUS a TAPS

For schools registering for European festivals, please include a first and second choice.
